DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL OPERATIONS- COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Kevin Staton Jr. is a Crestwood native, born and raised. Kevin is a former 2-time All-American football player and received numerous football scholarships before deciding to continue his academic and football career at Norfolk State University on a full athletic scholarship. Where he received his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management. He would later attend Western Governors University, where he received his Master of Science in Management & Leadership.
Kevin is also an active branch member of the NAACP, Norfolk branch. Kevin has received numerous professional certifications and accreditations such as becoming an Certified Healthcare Access Associate, Digital Media Specialist, and many more. As a healthcare worker, Kevin's knowledge of public health and the internal structure of an operating organization has helped propel him to become Director of Internal Operations for Helping Hands of C.W. The "Helping Hands of Crestwood" initiative was initially put in place as a communal outreach program before being becoming a State Registered Non-Profit Organization. It was shortly after H.H.C.W transitioned from an outreach program to a NPO, that Kevin became the "Outreach Program Developer" and then "Senior Business Analyst". After which, he was later positioned as Director of Internal Operations for Community Outreach. Kevin's experience and knowledge allow him to lead assignment critical, cross-functional initiatives that correlate with detailed business reports. As well as implement organizational appropriate practices that align with organizational standards. Coordinating with local business partners and our community outreach sponsors.

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Taro Lipscomb is from the Washington D.C. area and attended Norfolk State University on a full athletic scholarship. Over the years, Taro has acquired a plethora of skills and knowledge of community disparities, socioeconomic impact of urban communities, and the dissection of inner communal inconsistencies.
During his tenure at Norfolk State University, Taro acquired his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management and Master of Arts in Urban Affairs. Taro's previous experience and knowledge of community outreach and communal developmental needs, helps allow Helping Hands to break down barriers and analyze the specific needs and resources for each family and community. Taro's extensive knowledge allows him to Identify and evaluate the resources, information systems and business needs of the organization. For the purpose of further improving and integrating systems to create an efficient and effective strategical plan of action. Provide and integrate new systems. As well as create business/organizational solutions, while monitoring system enhancements. Researching and adopting continuous quality improvement incentives and procedures to ensure that we are staying in accordance with our goals.

CONSUMER RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Kassandra previously served as the "Executive Secretary" and "Social Media/Digital Media Specialist", during the initial "Helping Hands Initiative" planning process. Before becoming a State Registered NPO, Helping Hands served the community through various volunteer services and projects. During which, Kassandra served as a direct resource to the community and those in need. Keeping track of individuals who were in need of food, clothing, financial advice, and external resources outside of the Helping Hands program. Once becoming a State registered Non-Profit, Kassandra became the Team Coordinator for Community Outreach, while still serving as our Social Media/Digital Media Specialist. Kassandra has since then become Helping Hands' "Consumer Relations & Communications Manager", in charge of overseeing all community-based inquiries and communications tactics. And is responsible for the management and maintenance of relationships between the organization and the members of the communities that we serve. Our "Consumer Relations & Communications Manager" provides valuable insights for organizational growth opportunities. By actively seeking feedback from consumers through surveys or focus groups and gathering information for process improvements. As well as, utilizing data that allows the organization to adapt and tailor our offerings based on community needs. Kassandra is currently finishing her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Health Services Management & Sociology at Norfolk State University.

REGIONAL OUTREACH COORDINATOR / YOUTH MENTOR
Michael Carney is a former 2-time All-American football player and top Offensive lineman in the State of Virginia. He attended Norfolk State University on a full athletic scholarship and is currently the Offensive Line Coach at Booker T. Washington High School. Michael's experience as a life mentor and coach, allows him to connect with our young members in the community. As well as provide insight on the needs of our communities. As our Regional Outreach Community Coordinator, Michael Carney is responsible for organizing and implementing outreach programs aimed at connecting with and supporting the local community. He works closely with our community leaders, organizations, and residents to identify needs and develop initiatives that address those needs. This can involve coordinating events, workshops, and meetings to engage community members and provide them with resources and information. The coordinator also serves as a liaison between the community and the organization or company they work for, ensuring that communication is open and that the organization is responsive to the community's needs and concerns. Additionally, they may be responsible for promoting the organization's services or programs through various channels.

Rev. Justin Chase attended North Carolina State and East Carolina University, both on full athletic scholarships and would later sign to play professional football for the Canadian Football League. Rev. Chase holds his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, and his Master's Degree in Psychology. Rev. Chase is currently the Associate Pastor at the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) in Suffolk, Va. As our senior board member, Rev. Chase is a highly experienced and influential individual who holds a position of authority and responsibility within a company's board of directors. With years of professional expertise and an in-depth understanding of the industry. Rev. Chase contributes valuable insights and guidance to the board's decision-making processes. He actively participates in board meetings, providing expertise and perspectives that help shape the strategic direction of the organization. His extensive knowledge and expertise make him a trusted advisor and a key contributor to the overall success and growth of the company.
